Okmok gives us a hint of its existence - part of Tulik Volcano and of Okmok's
crater are just barely visable-- it took a moment for me to make out that I was
seeing a snow-field and not a piece of cloud.
The current series of photos are from
a little jaunt that Nicole and I did up toward the crater. The helicopter was
off engaged in some other activity, so our time was our own.
